The Role

Support the Real Estate team on a range of commercial property transactions

Prepare and review legal documentation including leases, contracts, and property-related agreements

Assist with due diligence, title review, and document management
-
Manage case files and ensure documentation is organised and maintained
-
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
-
Assist with completion processes and post-completion matters
-
Provide general support to the team on property-related matters
The Person
-
Previous experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within Real Estate or Property law
-
Strong understanding of property transactions and related documentation
-
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
