Practice Focus
The Private Client Lawyer will advise on a broad range of matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
The team is known for its technical capability combined with a personable, client-focused approach. The role offers meaningful client contact and the opportunity to build long-term advisory relationships.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years’ PQE in private client law
- Strong technical grounding across wills, probate and LPAs
- Experience managing matters with appropriate supervision
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
- Keen to develop within a reputable regional practice
