We are recruiting for a talented Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join a busy and well-regarded firm in Dublin City Centre. The firm is known for its excellent reputation in professional indemnity litigation and is seeking a skilled and driven individual to manage their own caseload in this area.

The Role:
As a Professional Indemnity Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of professional indemnity claims. You will handle matters across the Circuit, High Court, and Commercial Court, while also providing key legal advice and ensuring smooth case progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of professional indemnity claims from start to finish
  • Represent clients in Circuit, High Court, and Commercial Court proceedings
  • Draft legal documentation and prepare court pleadings
  • Provide expert legal advice and assist with case strategy
  • Ensure compliance with litigation practice and procedure

The Person:

  • 4+ years' PQE in professional indemnity litigation
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent written & communication skills
  • Previous experience running your own caseload
  • Familiarity with case management systems and proficient in MS Office
  • Strong team player with a positive and client-friendly attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
