We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeking a Public Procurement Solicitor to join their highly regarded commercial team in Dublin.

The Role
This Public Procurement Solicitor role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value procurement matters across a range of sectors including infrastructure, energy and technology.
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, advising public bodies and utilities on all aspects of procurement law. The role offers a strong mix of advisory and contentious work, with regular collaboration with the disputes team.
Key responsibilities include:
Drafting and reviewing tender and procurement documentation
Advising on procurement strategy and issues arising before, during and after procurement processes
Supporting clients on procurement challenges and litigation matters
Advising on regulatory compliance and governance frameworks
Assisting with contract law, State aid and related commercial issues
The Person
1+ years’ PQE with experience in public procurement or strong exposure to relevant areas
Strong academic background and a track record of high performance
Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
Interest in complex regulatory frameworks and commercial advisory work
Experience in contract law, construction, State aid or dispute resolution is advantageous
