We are hiring for our client, a leading international professional services firm, to appoint a Property Administrator to join their Belfast office.
This Property Administrator role sits within their Business Services Team and provides administrative support to the wider Real Estate teams. The successful person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting client work, documentation and internal processes.

The Role
- Provide administrative support across the Business Services Team
- Print, scan and prepare documentation and courier packages
- Manage calls, messages and general enquiries
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Support client onboarding, engagement letters and billing processes
- Assist with diary and inbox management
- Book travel and coordinate meeting logistics
- Upload and manage documents via internal systems
- Work closely with shared service teams to ensure accuracy of output
- Manage competing priorities and urgent requests
The Person
- Recent graduate or early career professional
- Must have knowledge/experience of the Real Estate/Property sector, minimum 3 months
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Organised with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive and keen to learn and develop
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
