Banking Solicitor

Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish commercial law firm to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Banking & Financial Services team in Dublin.

The Team

This is one of Ireland’s largest and most established transactional banking teams, advising a prestigious domestic and international client base including major banks, investment banks, non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and investment funds.

The team advises across:

• Leveraged finance

• Acquisition finance

• Commercial real estate & development finance

• Trade finance

• Corporate restructuring

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years’ PQE to join a high-performing, collaborative team working on complex, high-value transactions.

You will gain exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters while developing strong technical and commercial expertise within financial services.

The Person

• NQ – 2 years’ PQE

• Banking & finance experience advantageous but not essential

• Strong academic background

• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills

• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
