The Role
- 
Lead, motivate and support a team of Legal PAs to deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support 
- 
Oversee team workload, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines met efficiently 
- 
Act as the main point of contact for PA-related queries and workflow coordination 
- 
Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and the wider business support teams to maintain high service standards 
- 
Ensure the consistency of document production, client correspondence and diary management across the team 
The Person
- 
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a busy law firm 
- 
Previous experience supervising or mentoring others in a team environment 
- 
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills 
- 
Strong document management, formatting and typing abilities 
- 
Proactive, professional and client-focused approach 
- 
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and maintain attention to detail 
- 
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
