We are delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Property / Infrastructure Solicitor on behalf of a leading commercial law firm with offices in Cork and Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Property and Infrastructure team, advising public and private sector clients on complex, high-value transactions and development projects across Ireland.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial property and infrastructure work, while benefiting from a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious team environment.

The Role:

Advise on commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development.

Draft and negotiate property contracts, development agreements, leases, licences, and easements.

Provide legal support on infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, planning, and environmental matters.

Advise on compulsory purchase and construction-related legal issues.

Liaise with clients and external experts to ensure smooth project delivery.

Manage files independently while contributing to wider team projects.
The Person:

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property and/or infrastructure law.

Strong technical knowledge of Irish property law.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Commercially astute, proactive, and solution-focused.
