We are delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team. The Role:

Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, policies, terminations, and employee relations.

Act on behalf of employers in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.

Provide employment law support in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

Deliver strategic, solutions-focused advice to clients across multiple sectors.

Contribute to team development and business initiatives within the practice.
The Person:
-
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law.

Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment matters.

Proven exposure to corporate support work and transactional projects.

Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
