We are delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team. The Role:

• Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, policies, terminations, and employee relations.

• Act on behalf of employers in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.

• Provide employment law support in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

• Deliver strategic, solutions-focused advice to clients across multiple sectors.

• Contribute to team development and business initiatives within the practice.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law.

• Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment matters.

• Proven exposure to corporate support work and transactional projects.

• Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
