We are delighted to be recruiting an Employment Solicitor on behalf of a leading commercial law firm in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Employment team, advising top domestic and international employers across a broad range of industries.

The Role:
- 
Advise employers on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, terminations, disciplinary matters, and policies. 
- 
Act on behalf of clients in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts. 
- 
Support corporate teams on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. 
- 
Deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice across both contentious and non-contentious matters. 
- 
Contribute to business development and provide guidance to junior team members. 
The Person:
- 
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law. 
- 
Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment work. 
- 
Previous involvement in corporate support and transactional employment issues. 
- 
Excellent drafting, analytical, and client relationship management skills. 
- 
Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
