We are delighted to be recruiting an Employment Solicitor on behalf of a leading commercial law firm in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Employment team, advising top domestic and international employers across a broad range of industries.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to complex employment and HR matters, corporate support work, and high-value disputes, while benefiting from a collaborative and progressive team environment.

The Role:

  • Advise employers on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, terminations, disciplinary matters, and policies.

  • Act on behalf of clients in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.

  • Support corporate teams on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

  • Deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

  • Contribute to business development and provide guidance to junior team members.

The Person:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law.

  • Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment work.

  • Previous involvement in corporate support and transactional employment issues.

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and client relationship management skills.

  • Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
