The Role

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Legal PAs to deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support

• Oversee team workload, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines met efficiently

• Act as the main point of contact for PA-related queries and workflow coordination

• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and the wider business support teams to maintain high service standards

• Ensure the consistency of document production, client correspondence and diary management across the team

The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a busy law firm

• Previous experience supervising or mentoring others in a team environment

• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills

• Strong document management, formatting and typing abilities

• Proactive, professional and client-focused approach

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and maintain attention to detail

• Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
