The Role

  • Welcoming and directing clients and visitors
  • Managing reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary
  • Managing meeting room bookings, including AV/hospitality requirements
  • Supporting internal and client-facing events
  • Administrative support including mail handling, couriers, and supplies

The Person

  • Previous experience in a receptionist/front-of-house role – essential
  • Legal or professional services background – desirable
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office and switchboard/AV knowledge
  • Available to start within a short timeframe
