The Role
- Welcoming and directing clients and visitors
- Managing reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handling incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary
- Managing meeting room bookings, including AV/hospitality requirements
- Supporting internal and client-facing events
- Administrative support including mail handling, couriers, and supplies
The Person
- Previous experience in a receptionist/front-of-house role – essential
- Legal or professional services background – desirable
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office and switchboard/AV knowledge
- Available to start within a short timeframe
