We are hiring for our client, a global law firm with a market-leading finance practice, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Asset Finance Associate (3+ PQE) to join their London office. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work at the forefront of asset finance, advising on complex, cross-border transactions across a range of sectors including aviation, shipping, rail and infrastructure.
As a key member of the team, the successful Asset Finance Associate will play an integral role in high-value transactions, supporting institutional clients, global lessors, and banks, while gaining exposure to some of the most prominent deals in the market.

The Role:

Advise on structured and asset finance transactions, including cross-border leasing, secured lending and export credit arrangements

Support partners and senior associates in structuring and negotiating complex deals

Maintain and develop client relationships with key international stakeholders

Work collaboratively across practice groups and jurisdictions on large-scale financings

Contribute to knowledge management, business development and precedent improvement
The Person:

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ post-qualified experience in asset finance or related areas

Background in a recognised finance practice, ideally with international exposure

Strong technical expertise in structured finance and transactional law

Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-border teams

Driven, proactive and solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness
