Recruitment Consultant – Engineering (Dubai Relocation Opportunity)

Initial Location: Belfast (relocation to Dubai after probation)

As part of our international growth strategy, Hunter Savage is excited to be launching a new office in Dubai in 2025. We are now seeking an ambitious Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team - with the opportunity to relocate to Dubai once established.

Who should apply?

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in engineering, construction, manufacturing or technical sectors
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, relationship-driven approach
• Strong networking ability and ambition to help launch a new international desk

The Plan

• Initial onboarding and probation period in our Belfast HQ
• Work closely with the wider Engineering team and begin building your client base
• Once billing momentum is established, relocate to Dubai to help grow our presence in the Middle East market
