We are supporting our client in Belfast, who is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their C-Suite leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-level EA to step into a professional services organisation who are well known for being first class in their industry.

The Role:
• Provide high-level executive support to C-Suite members
• Prepare, collate, and distribute board papers, agendas, and minutes
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and schedules, including confidential sessions
• Coordinate board and senior leadership meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and timely
• Draft, proofread, and format executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external senior stakeholders
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Support governance processes and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with ad hoc executive projects as required
The Person – What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite or Board-level executives
• Demonstrable experience preparing board papers is essential
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written communication, document production, and proofreading ability
• Confident working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Highly discreet, professional, and trusted with confidential information
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
