The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support solicitors with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
- Assist with compliance checks
- Handle reception duties, welcoming clients and maintaining a professional office environment
- Maintain and update case files, both digital and hard copy
- Support billing, time recording, and other office processes
- Undertake ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
The Person
- Previous experience in a Legal Administrator or Legal Receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
