Employment Solicitor

Hunter Savage is working with a top-tier Dublin law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor for its market-leading Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with around 2+ years’ PQE to join one of Ireland’s largest and most highly regarded dedicated employment practices. The team advises many of Ireland’s leading employers on the full spectrum of employment, HR and industrial relations matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work.

The Role

As an Employment Solicitor, you will work closely with partners, senior associates and colleagues across the wider team, advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters.

You will support employers, in-house legal teams, HR/ER departments, senior management and boards on complex workplace issues, including advisory work, contentious employment matters, industrial relations, crisis management and strategic HR projects.

The Person

The successful Employment Solicitor will have:

• Around 2+ years’ relevant PQE in employment law
• Experience gained within a large, mid-sized or boutique corporate law firm
• Strong technical employment law knowledge
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A collaborative, self-motivated and commercially focused approach
• An interest in legal knowledge, learning and development, business development and client-facing initiatives
• Confidence presenting at seminars, conferences or client workshops, or a willingness to develop this skill
