The Role:
· Manage subcontract procurement from tender enquiry through to award.
· Monitor project budgets, cashflow forecasts and commercial performance.
· Analyse and negotiate subcontractor tenders and commercial packages.
· Administer variations, change orders and subcontract accounts.
· Work closely with project and site teams to ensure effective commercial delivery.
The Person:
· Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years' experience with a main contractor on major construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of procurement, contract administration and cost management.
· Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within a project team.
