  • Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
  • Salary: €38– €45k plus benefits

 

Due to continued success, our client, a dynamic, multi-site engineering organisation wishes to recruit a HR Generalist to be based at their Monaghan office. 

 

This is a new, permanent HR Generalist role offering an attractive salary and benefits. 

The successful HR Generalist will be a trusted advisor and play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational HR support, strengthening the people function across the multiple business divisions within the group.

 

The HR Generalist must be a highly capable HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, HR operations, culture development and multi-site support.

The Role:

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law (ROI and/or NI)
  • Support organisational development, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Lead HR input into business growth, restructuring and change initiatives
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence
  • Support and drive culture and engagement across the Group
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns and support onboarding
  • Coordinate training and development activities and contribute to wider L&D strategy
  • Assist in implementing HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture-building activities
  • Deliver accurate HR reporting and contribute to strategic HR projects

 

The Person:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experienced in managing ER casework
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
