We are hiring for our client, a well-established manufacturing organisation in Antrim, who are seeking a People & Culture Officer to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a varied HR role across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide hands-on HR support, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, while promoting a positive employee experience.

The Role
- Manage employee absence including long-term sickness
- Conduct return-to-work processes and welfare calls
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers
- Oversee maternity/paternity compliance and support
- Employee Relations - Support investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and other ER cases
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Produce formal correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment & Onboarding
- Offboarding and conduct exit interviews
- Build effective relationships with managers
- Support engagement initiatives and activities
- Provide ongoing HR advice and guidance
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
The Person
- Previous experience in an HR Officer / HR Advisor role
- Experience working within a fast paced work environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
