We are hiring for our client for a Site Manager to join a growing construction team, first project based in Coleraine. This Site Manager role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
The successful Site Manager will play a key role in coordinating site teams, managing project documentation, and driving efficient project delivery across a range of construction projects.

The Role
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Manage site documentation including method statements and risk assessments
• Maintain and enforce high standards of health & safety compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Oversee commissioning and project completion stages
The Person
• 3+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Project Management role
• Proven ability to manage construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
