An excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Leader to join a global industrial equipment manufacturer, at their Dungannon site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team responsible for manufacturing and production systems supporting operational excellence across the business.

The Role:

  • Lead a team to ensure data compliance and system integrity across production control
  • Develop and implement production schedules aligned with sales forecasts
  • Manage inventory, spares, and auxiliary orders to support manufacturing operations
  • Enforce a strong data-driven culture throughout the department
  • Develop and maintain standard work processes and train team members accordingly
  • Conduct root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase information accuracy and process efficiency
  • Build strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams

 

The Person:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with MRP systems
  • Strong knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
