The Role

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Corporate department

Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties professionally and efficiently

Assist with billing, document management, and filing of corporate documentation

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all correspondence and document preparation
The Person

3+ years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary within a busy law firm, ideally in Corporate or Commercial law

Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

Excellent organisation and time management abilities

Professional communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems
