The Role:

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
  • Prepare, type, and format contracts, completion statements, letters, and property forms
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and client communication via telephone, email, and in person
  • Open, update, and close files using the firm’s case management system
  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems
  • Support billing, timesheets, and general office administration

The Person – What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 years Administration experience in a professional services environment 
  • Strong typing and document production skills
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
