The Role:
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
- Prepare, type, and format contracts, completion statements, letters, and property forms
- Manage diaries, appointments, and client communication via telephone, email, and in person
- Open, update, and close files using the firm’s case management system
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems
- Support billing, timesheets, and general office administration
The Person – What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 years Administration experience in a professional services environment
- Strong typing and document production skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
