The Role

Provide high-level PA and administrative support to senior fee earners

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

Assist with billing, time management, and general office administration

Liaise with clients, external counsel, and stakeholders in a professional manner

Maintain efficient case files and document management systems
The Person
-
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary/PA in a busy law firm

Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to handle a busy workload

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
