The Role

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the Property team

  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, leases, and correspondence

  • Handle dictation, diary management, and scheduling

  • Manage case files, billing, and document organisation

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders professionally

  • Assist with general office and team administration as required

 

The Person

  • 3+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary within a property or real estate team

  • Excellent typing, formatting, and document management skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional and proactive approach, with strong client service skills
