RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR- 3 YEARS PQE+ (PORTADOWN)

A well-established and respected law firm in Portadown is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who wants to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.

• Advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.

• Maintaining high standards of client care and service.

The Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (3 years PQE+)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
