The Role:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners across a range of legal practice areas
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case files with high accuracy
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange court dates as required
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Undertake audio typing and dictation as required
The Person:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a law firm environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and audio typing desirable
