We are currently assisting a leading law firm in Dublin who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2 – 4 years PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. This will include providing advice on sales, purchases, leases, and agreements, as well as managing statutory notices and conducting research on property-related issues. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development within the Property Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property clients.

  • Provide timely, quality legal advice across sales, purchases, leases, and agreements.

  • Draft statutory notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare advice on property-related matters.

  • Be involved in business development activities for the Property Team.

About You:

  • 2 – 4 years PQE in commercial property law.

  • Strong experience in drafting complex lease, acquisition, and disposal agreements.

  • Commercially aware with excellent client service skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.

  • Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
