The Role

  • Provide comprehensive legal secretarial and executive support to the Head of Property

  • Draft and format legal documentation, contracts, and conveyancing papers

  • Handle dictation, correspondence, and file management

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders

  • Assist with billing, diary management, and general administration

 

The Person

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Executive

  • Ideally experienced in property/conveyancing law

  • Excellent typing, formatting, and document production skills

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Professional communicator, able to manage client relationships effectively
