The Role

  • Provide full legal executive support to solicitors in the Commercial Litigation team

  • Draft and prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and correspondence

  • Manage case files, discovery, and court filings

  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties

  • Assist fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration

 

The Person

  • Experience as a Legal Executive in commercial litigation is essential

  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships

  • Please note: this role is not suitable for candidates currently completing FE1s
