The Role

  • Provide legal executive support to the Property team across a range of matters

  • Draft and prepare contracts, leases and conveyancing documentation

  • Manage case files and liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders

  • Carry out title and property searches, registrations and related work

  • Support fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration

 

The Person

  • Proven experience working as a Legal Executive in property/conveyancing

  • Strong knowledge of property law processes and documentation

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills

  • Confident communicator, able to manage client relationships effectively

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure in a busy team
