We are hiring for our client, a forward-thinking law firm in Dublin, seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their Employment Law Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to progress their career while managing complex and varied employment matters.

The Role:

Manage a varied employment law caseload including contentious and non-contentious matters.

Handle employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.

Provide advice to employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.

Draft and manage executive employment contracts, settlements, and severance agreements.

Support other departments on employment law aspects of commercial transactions.

Participate in business development including client pitches, presentations, and webinars.

Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:

6+ years’ specialist employment law experience (all suitably qualified candidates considered).

Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.

Ability to advise both employer and employee clients.

Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and business-focused.

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and ambition to progress.
