HR Executive

We are hiring for one of Ireland’s leading commercial law firms, who are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join their growing HR team in Dublin. The Role
- Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Manage employee documentation including contracts, references, onboarding packs
- Support the HR Manager with employee relations, policy implementation, and HR projects
- Administer and update HR database (Bamboo HR), employee files and pre-employment checks
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle – advertising, screening, scheduling, reference checking
- Coordinate the Induction Programme with HR, IT, and Training
- Oversee CSR programmes and school outreach
- Manage benefits schemes
- Prepare documentation (salary certs, landlord letters, employment statements)
- Provide general HR and CSR admin support across the firm
The Person
Essential:
- Minimum 1-2 years' HR experience, ideally in legal or professional services
- Strong IT and administrative skills (MS Office, SharePoint, Bamboo HR)
- Excellent communication, time management and relationship-building skills
- A team player with strong attention to detail and high levels of confidentiality
Desirable:
- CIPD qualification or working towards
- Experience with HR data management and recruitment systems
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset
