The Role:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider office team
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence, acting as a first point of contact
• Organise and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement where needed
• Assist in the coordination of internal communications and reporting tasks
The Person:
• Previous experience in an office administration role is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional, reliable and able to work independently with initiative
