We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global professional services firm looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join their procurement function in Belfast. This is a strategic and commercially focused role with high visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to influence sourcing decisions across global non-IT categories, including facilities management, travel, and professional services.

The Role:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute sourcing strategies.
- Lead procurement initiatives and negotiations across a range of non-IT categories.
- Align procurement with business transformation, ESG, and risk/compliance requirements.
- Build and manage supplier relationships that drive value, performance, and innovation.
- Support vendor governance and deputise for the Procurement Lead as needed.
The Person:
- Solid experience in procurement within a complex, ideally professional services, environment.
- Proven track record in managing categories such as FM, travel, and professional services.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MCIPS is a plus, but not essential.
