The Role:

Advising and representing clients across a variety of commercial litigation matters

Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Managing a varied caseload under supervision, with increasing autonomy

Working closely with senior team members on complex disputes

Supporting strategic planning and resolution of contentious issues
The Person:
-
Qualified Solicitor in Scotland, ideally with 0–3 years PQE

Strong academic background and demonstrable litigation experience (including traineeship exposure if NQ)

Commercial awareness and excellent client-handling skills

A team-oriented mindset with ambition and a desire to grow professionally
