The Role:

Advise a diverse range of clients on all aspects of funds work, including structuring, formation, and regulatory matters.

The Person:

Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction with at least 4 years’ PQE.

Strong technical knowledge of funds law, including structuring and regulatory frameworks.

Experience working in a top-tier or international law firm (desirable).
