The Role:

• Advise a diverse range of clients on all aspects of funds work, including structuring, formation, and regulatory matters.

• Work closely with partners on complex, cross-border transactions.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the growth and development of the team.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated solutions.

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction with at least 4 years’ PQE.

• Strong technical knowledge of funds law, including structuring and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience working in a top-tier or international law firm (desirable).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
