The Role:
• Advising clients on a range of construction-related disputes including litigation, arbitration, and adjudication
• Representing clients in both domestic and international contentious matters
• Working closely with top-ranked partners and senior lawyers on technically challenging and high-value disputes
• Engaging with clients across sectors including infrastructure, energy, and transport
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership
The Person:
• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE, ideally gained within a recognised construction disputes practice
• Proven experience in contentious construction law and dispute resolution
• Strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Committed to ongoing professional development and contributing to team success
