The Role
As a Medical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
• Advise on High Court litigation relating to misdiagnosis, surgical error, cerebral palsy, and birth injuries
• Act in claims involving defective medicines and medical devices (e.g. implants, thalidomide, sodium valproate)
• Represent families in fatal injury matters and inquests involving medical misadventure or workplace incidents
• Handle cases involving contaminated blood products (Hepatitis C, HIV)
• Work closely with clients and advocacy groups, offering compassionate, clear guidance throughout the legal process
• Contribute to public interest cases seeking reform in patient care and legal redress

The Person
We are interested in speaking with solicitors who:
• Are qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Have experience in litigation, ideally including medical negligence or personal injury
• Are confident working on complex cases involving experts and sensitive evidence
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Are motivated by work that has lasting social and legal impact
