The Role:

  • Deliver new business sales and meet individual targets.

  • Generate leads and build awareness for the company’s credit insurance products.

  • Work closely with internal departments such as Commercial Underwriting, Client Services, and Marketing to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, introducers, and internal stakeholders.

The Person:

  • A degree-level qualification in Business or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not essential.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
