The Role:
- Build, nurture & maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Understand and review client needs, offering them premier customer service, suitable risk solutions, and valuable technical advice.
- Ensure accurate documentation for clients and insurers, adhering to the highest standards.
- Proactively handle account queries and oversee your client book's credit control matters.
- Remain up-to-date with insurance market changes and ensure personal development objectives align with the Commercial Team Leader's vision.
The Person:
- Proven experience within the Insurance Industry with a solid understanding of general insurance products and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently.
- Desirable: Experience with Acturis and holding or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification.
