The Role:
• Advise on a broad range of UK and EU competition matters, including merger control, cartels, investigations, and state aid
• Provide strategic legal advice to global clients across diverse sectors
• Support senior team members in high-value, cross-border transactions
• Draft, negotiate and review relevant documentation and submissions to regulators
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
The Person:
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction
• 2+ years’ PQE in competition law gained from a leading firm or regulator
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and regulatory issues
• Strong academic background
• Team-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
