Disputes & Investigations Solicitor

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading Irish law firm to appoint a Solicitor to join its high-performing Disputes & Investigations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to step into a role handling complex, high-value and often cross-border matters.

The team advises a broad mix of Irish and international clients across sectors including technology, financial services, life sciences, real estate and more.

The Role
You will gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious and regulatory work, including:

• High-value commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
• Regulatory investigations and engagement with key regulators
• White collar crime matters (fraud, bribery, corruption, AML)
• Defamation and reputation management issues
• Internal investigations and corporate crisis response

The Person

• 3–6 years’ PQE in litigation/disputes (top-tier, mid-tier or strong boutique)
• Strong interest in complex commercial disputes and investigations
• Experience dealing with regulators or multi-party litigation is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
