We are hiring for our client, a leading international law firm, seeking a Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join their top-tier Dublin team. The Role
As a Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor, you will:
- Advise on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions
- Work on securitisations (ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS) and private credit
- Support on fund finance, real estate finance and loan portfolio sales
- Assist with derivatives, risk transfer and ESG/green finance products
- Collaborate with international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Engage directly with high-profile domestic and global clients
The Person
The ideal Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor will have:
- 2+ years’ PQE in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
