The Role:
As a Banking and Finance Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, project finance, and acquisition finance.
- Working closely with leading financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate clients.
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other related contracts.
- Supporting clients in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in financial transactions.
The Person:
- Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years’ PQE) with experience or strong interest in banking and finance law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and ability to provide client-focused solutions.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
