The Role:

As a Banking and Finance Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, project finance, and acquisition finance.
• Working closely with leading financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate clients.
• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other related contracts.
• Supporting clients in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in financial transactions.

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years’ PQE) with experience or strong interest in banking and finance law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to provide client-focused solutions.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
