We are hiring for our client, a growing legal firm in County Meath, to recruit a Conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant Solicitor. The Role:
• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing cases from inception to completion.
• Handle a variety of landlord and tenant matters, including drafting leases, tenancy agreements, and providing advisory services.
• Conduct legal research and draft tailored advice for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and provide high-quality client service.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Person:
• 2-3 years’ PQE, with a focus on conveyancing and landlord/tenant matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• A client-focused mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
